On Demand Expertise
Over the years we have seen that far too many companies have taken unnecessary risks because they were concerned about incurring costs which have not been budgeted for and which could escalate to a undetermined level.
With this in mind, we have developed the PJE International Help Desk. A flexible service which has been designed to provide sub-contractors with reliable and trusted expertise at an easy to manage monthly cost.
Help Desk - £99 Per Month
This is a reactive service dealing with day to day issues and enquires. This will include items such as pre-contract advice, summary level contract appraisal and contract queries.
Calls during office hours (8.30 – 6:00 pm) will receive an immediate response from a trained professional wherever possible. If all experts are currently engaged with a client, you will receive a return call within a maximum of 2 hours.
After office hours will receive an immediate response if a trained professional is available, or a guaranteed return call by 10:00 am the following morning.
The time spent on each issue will be capped at ½ hour. If further work is required, this will either be quoted for before work commences or will be carried out at our normal hourly rates.
Contract Agreement - £199 Per Month
This package will include all of the Help Desk services noted above but will also include a monthly electronic briefing document covering current and future legislation and its impact on you.
A training assessment programme will also be conducted at a discounted rate of £195 and any training days booked will be at the discounted rate of £595 per day. And, with regard to the Help Desk, time spent on each issue will be capped at 1 hour.
If further work is required, this will either be quoted for before work commences or will be carried out at our normal hourly rates, less 5%.
Partnership Agreement - £375 Per Month
This includes all the services of the Contract Agreement, however the training assessment programme is free, as is 3 days of training per year for key personnel. There will also be a guaranteed 1 hour response time for all enquiries.
The time spent on each issue will be capped at 1 & ½ hours. If further work is required, this will be quoted for before work commences and will be carried out at our normal hourly rates, less 10%.
What Happens Next
Once you have selected the service level appropriate to your needs, we simply raise a contract that details the terms of the service provision, agreed payment schedules and set rates for work conducted outside of the framework of the retainer scheme.
